How We Started
PJS began in January
1986 in Austin, Texas. In June 1987, we added Houston. Today,
you'll find us in four major Texas markets: Houston, San Antonio,
Austin and El Paso.
We established our corporate philosophy based on the concepts
of the ManageMen OS1 Cleaning
System developed by John Walker of ManageMen,
Inc., with whom we have a close relationship. The system
tells us that to insure client satisfaction, PJS must remain
dedicated to Training, Employees and Management Systems.
Training
Training is the backbone of our MangeMen
OS1 System work. It's built into the daily routine. The
cost of training is our investment in client satisfaction.
We can measure its success by the lack of problems. The payback
is almost immediate.
Employees Are the Key
We know that our most valuable asset is our loyal band of
employees. We support them with the proper training, tools
and supervision. We reward them with several recognition packages.
The result - happy employees and a better company.
Managers on the Job
Our management philosophy is to be proactive, not reactive,
dedicated to quality control. We conduct regular inspections
and our managers visit tenants regularly so we can maintain
the high quality of cleaning in our properties. Managers are
empowered to resolve any issues on the job immediately. They
get the facts and deliver quick solutions.
