Professional Janitorial Service (PJS) began in January 1986 in Austin, Texas.  In June 1987, we added Houston.  Today, you'll find us in four major Texas markets: Austin, Houston, San Antonio and El Paso.

Our management philosophy is to be proactive and dedicated to quality control. We conduct regular building inspections and quarterly effectiveness audits. Our managers visit tenants regularly to review tenant satisfaction and cleanliness. This is done to maintain the high quality of cleaning that PJS is known for. Managers are empowered to resolve any issues on the job immediately. They get the facts and deliver quick solutions.

Cleaning for health, safety and the environment, or “sustainable green cleaning”, are the fundamentals on which Professional Janitorial Service was founded. Our operational program uses (OS1)^® Managemen protocols in a systematic approach for cleaning the entire facility focusing on health, safety and the environment. Further, to ensure compliance with LEED standards and credit requirements PJS employs a LEED^® Accredited Professional with a specialty in existing buildings.
